Bob Cooper Band

This past September my wife and I were married in a small outdoor ceremony in Ithaca, NY which was followed by an indoor reception on the same grounds. We booked the Bob Cooper Band at the end of the previous year to play this event including both the ceremony and reception. The process of booking the Bob Cooper Band for the event required only a few emails, a small deposit, and a contractual signing. This was extremely easy and painless. Once booked Mr. Cooper only asks for a schedule for the day’s events and any particular songs from the set list or other that you would like them to play. My wife and I decided to utilize the Bob Cooper Band also to play our ceremony, which Mr. Cooper also has a set list for if that decision is made. We also asked the band to learn two songs for our event to be played at the reception. These two songs were for our first dance and for our parent’s dance and the band made both of them memorable for us. The day of the wedding arrived and the band was on time and extremely professional. Two of the four band members setup the inside reception equipment while Mr. Cooper and another band member played the ceremony (trumpet and acoustic guitar). The ceremony moved along smoothly and we were very happy with the music played during this time. During the reception Mr. Cooper took control as the emcee and kept things moving along without any bumps in the road. From the moment guests entered into the reception banquet hall music began and it never stopped, with the exception of dinner of course. The set list was large and varied in style. The set list can be found on their website. The band was very professional and accommodating to us as well as the staff of the banquet facility. The lighting and sound system was excellent. The lights were never too bright and the volume stayed reasonable for people to chat but still have a wonderful time. Everything we asked of them was done to our liking or better! At one point in the evening my sister wanted to get up and sing a song to us and the band was fully willing to let her just step in and take the reigns of singing lead. It was a great moment! We would highly recommend the Bob Cooper Band for any of your functions and events, especially your wedding. The professionalism and experience you find here you won’t find anywhere else.

We had the Bob Cooper Band play at our recent wedding in Lodi, NY, and it could not have gone more smoothly or been more fun! Certainly no regrets for having picked them over other bands that we considered. We were planning our wedding from across the country, so the fact that everything ran so well despite the fact that we didn't meet them until the day-of is a true testament to their skill. One of the first comments we heard from our guests was how much they enjoyed the band's sound and and selection of music. We also really appreciated that the band was willing to keep playing for a extra hour because people were having too much fun to leave. The band was really able to do everything we asked and more!

The Bob Cooper Band did what i expected and showed off like no other, they were great! We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests about The Bob Cooper Band. You request it and they play it, no matter what lol. Being that your wedding is the most important day of your life, if there is a specific song that you want played that they do not usually play, they are very accomodating in trying to give you everything that you want. Each and every one of the band members is so talented and friendly. They are very punctual and extremely professional! They really do put on an awesome show!!!

The Bob Cooper Band can only be described in one word and that is AMAZING! We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests about The Bob Cooper Band. Their music is phenomenal and they play just about everything. Being that your wedding is the most important day of your life, if there is a specific song that you want played that they do not usually play, they are very accomodating in trying to give you everything that you want. Each and every one of the band members is so talented and friendly. They are very punctual and extremely professional! They really do put on an awesome show!!! I can't say enough about this Band. I would recommend The Bob Cooper Band over and over again. In fact, I do recommend this band over and over again to everyone that I know. There is no better entertainment than having a band at your wedding, and The Bob Cooper Band is THAT band to have!
