Stacy's cakes are outrageous. I've had the pleasure of eating her cakes for years when she's provided them for other events I've attended and the quality, appearance, and taste is consistently good. Stacy not only baked my wedding cake, but desserts for my wedding buffet. Of course, everything was perfect in appearance, as Stacy is the ever perfectionist, with all cookies and bars uniform in shape and decorated within an inch of their pastry lives. My cake, although very simple in decoration (as per my request), was perfect for the event. We opted for 3 different layers of flavor and my husband (who is not the cake connessuier that I am) AND new father in law were smitten with the carrot cake layer. In fact, all of my guests raved about the moistness and taste of the cake and the dessert buffet goodies which Stacy created. We even had some leftover, which for a wedding of 160+ was something I was grateful for! Quality of baked items is outstanding for the price and Stacy's service and professionalism is worth a call. She keeps her business small, which I appreciated, as I truly felt that this allowed for more individualized attention. Based on my positive experience with this baker, I cannot encourage you enough to call this vender!

I have referred Stacy to many of my clients for wedding cakes and other event cakes. Every time I give Stacy a challenging client, she pulls through and produces the best products. The last time I worked with Stacy she was able to please my clients with a cupcake bar that included gluten free/vegan cupcakes to make sure that every guest had a tasty treat. I would highly recommend the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, it's my personal favorite!

Stacy is wonderful. She made both our wedding cake and a sports themed grooms cake to surprise my husband. Both were delicious and exactly how I dreamed they would be. Since that day I have used Stacy for several other events and she continues to impress everyone involved.

Because my husband doesn't like cake, Stacy not only made our beautiful wedding cake, but a huge assortment of pies as well. Both the cake, and the pies, were beautiful, and delicious... even the man that doesn't like cake loved it!

Absolutely one of the best things that we had to offer at our wedding! Our cake was EXACTLY what we wanted! Stacy took very good care of our cake on our big day, it was very hot and she made sure it didn't melt. In addition, she kept the groom cheesecake cupcakes a secret until the big day. Stacy is flexible, creative and a professional! We look forward to using her again in teh near future!

Stacy has done a few projects for our family. For my son's graduation she made a cupcake tree that was totally personalized for him. It was awesome as well as delicious. She made my daughters wedding cake. The back of my daughter's dress was embellished with a silk and beaded design. Stacy copied the design onto the cake. It was beautiful. The weather was hot and it poured that day. The reception was outdoors and the humidity was heavy. The cake stayed perfect all day and evening. It looked beautiful, original and it tasted divine! I would recommend her above all others.

Stacy's cakes are amazing! She does intricate work and it always comes out perfect! Stacy did a cake for my sister's baby shower and people could not stop talking about it! Just beautiful! Stacy is friendly and so easy to work with.
