Nonpareils

Very unprofessional when it came to timeliness. I would send and e-mail and not hear from her for a week, only responding back because I had called. I paid my deposit on March 31, and did not receive my contract via e-mail until May 15, and only after several e-mails asking her to PLEASE send me the contract. My wedding was on May 21, you can imagine my grave concern at that point. I understand that people are busy, but when you run a business there is no room for lack of concern for a client. Not sending out a contract in a timely manner after I paid for a deposit is rude and lazy. I'm paying you to take 5 minutes to draw up that contract in addiction to making my cake. She was very nice in general, and professional in person. I'm sure if you wanted a regular wedding cake she can deliver. However, we wanted something "different" and she told us she could make it for us. I was a fat bride with dreadlocks standing on top of a tower that was equal to me in size. Needless to say when we saw it we were VERY disappointed. Carrot cake however, tasted pretty good. The other flavors a bit too sweet, but not awful.

Jen was wonderful. She made the process fun and seemed to really care about what we wanted. Cakes are gorgeous and delicious! She made beautiful cupcakes too! She did an absolutely beautiful job, my wedding and shower cake were exactly what we wanted. Will recommend her for sure!

She was personable, open to ideas and on point with exactly what we were looking for in our wedding cake.
