Vasili was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was the most professional and kindest of all of our vendors. He was respectful and polite about the day, always listened to us and what was important to us. Everyone at our wedding loved him and his assistant. The personality of your photographer & videographer is important because you spend your day with them. Our photographer was rude, insensitive and did the bare minimum. in contrast, Vasili was completely the opposite. His work is extraordinary compared to all other videos in Syracuse or WNY and we can't wait to receive our video! Highly recommend, worth every penny you will spend. You will get what you pay for. Can't say enough good things about this studio.

Vasili and his staff were professional, attentive, and hardworking. The customer service was above and beyond what we experienced with any other vendor. Vasili was quick with responses to e-mail and phone calls, open to answering any and all questions, knowledgeable and a laid back, fun, kind, and genuine person. Furthermore, Vasili’s webpage is evidence of the high quality of work he is capable of. The videos are classy, creative, entertaining, engaging and professionally produced to evoke breathtaking emotions. Vasili and his team were everything wedding vendors should be on one of the most stressful days of your life! They were punctual, patient, reliable and most importantly they stealthily navigated through our wedding without being noticed. They were everywhere and nowhere all at once on the wedding day. They blended into the crowd and were not in our face with the cameras and lights. They filmed great footage without disturbing the flow of things which provided us with a peace of mind so that we could focus on our family and friends. It was a long day and they never complained, stopped running around, or lost their pleasant demeanor for a minute. They were the last vendor to leave at the end of the evening, ensuring that they captured every moment of our special day. We love our wedding photographs and video! The photographs tell the story of our day as it unfolded hour by hour and the video brought tears to our eyes. Everyone who has seen our photographs and video has commented on the orientation to detail and how brilliantly they captured the essence of our wedding day. The final DVD is something we will treasure forever as it captured all of the “right” footage, but also the perfect tone and emotion. My mom insisted we have a videographer not only for the ceremony, but at the reception too. We were apprehensive, but so glad we did in the long run. He really puts a personal, creative touch on the day!
